At Howdy Lawn Care, we are committed to providing utmost care and service to your property. Our uniformed and trained employees will ensure everything is completed professionally and to your satisfaction, or we will return to make it right.

All services are charged following the completion of services. Any invoices are due upon receipt and payable to Howdy Lawn Care on our payment portal.
A card on file is required for approving estimates and any ongoing services such as lawn or landscape maintenance.
All down payments on projects are non-refundable. The amount of the deposit is shown on the estimate provided to you.
Past Due Policy
Any invoices left unpaid past 7 days are considered late. No future services may be rendered until payment has been made. A $15 late fee will be applied to the invoice 14 days after the payment due date. Any costs related to the collections of unpaid invoices are added to the overdue amount.
Service Permissions/Access
Employees are given access to front and back yards during scheduled service dates and quote assessment visits as needed for completing the visit.
While we cannot provide an exact ETA due to dynamic scheduling, traffic, or weather conditions, we may give text notifications notifying the customer that we are on our way.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any gates are accessible prior to a scheduled visit. While we take extensive care to prevent property damage, all personal property items should be moved away from the yard or area of service to avoid damage. We are not liable in case of damage caused to items left on the lawn, to include pet toys, hoses, and other items, however we try our best to spot and move them out of the way.
The customer permits their property to be photographed and videographed for site documentation, quality control, and social media/marketing purposes.
A trip fee may be added to services not deliverable on pre-scheduled dates as a result of lack of property access, change of gate codes, last-minute cancellations, and other such causes leading to property being partially or fully unserviceable with a return to complete the work.
Automatic Payments
All communications, such as notification of scheduling adjustments due to weather, price adjustments, etc. will be sent to the customer via email. We may also communicate via text or call for more urgent communications.
For the safety of your pets, we do not service properties if they are in the serviceable area.In order to provide a timely and fair resolution, any complaints relating to a prior service must be notified to us within 5 days of the service date.
A customer may cancel a service visit at any time, however a same-day cancellation is not guaranteed.
These guidelines are for all services provided by our company. Specific service or project items with their pricing is included in a sent estimate document. Accepting the quote is considered an agreement for Howdy Lawn Care and the customer for the fulfillment of the outlined services at the listed price.
